Here’s How Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Works:
Upon joining Family Fitness Centers simply attend and participate in cardiovascular exercise, strength training, or classes twelve times during your first 30 days of membership (that’s about every other day during your first 30 days) and complete your complimentary personal training sessions. On each visit you must scan your membership card at the front desk to be credited for attendance. If you are not completely satisfied with Family Fitness Centers after 30 days and you have completed the above usage conditions you have 5 days to apply for termination of your remaining membership.
If you qualify and you would like to invoke the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – please speak to a manager and send your request certified mail ‘return receipt requested’ to Family Fitness Michigan P.O. Box 152 Jenison, MI 49429.
*Membership fees must be current at time of cancellation request. Excludes refunds of paid in full memberships, $29.00 processing fee and/or any additional optional purchases including but not limited to personal training services.
