STRENGTH & TONE: A “Must Try” class for women and men of all fitness levels. Improves muscular strength and endurance with high reps, low weight, and slow tempo. Real results, real fast and pure fun. Rated as one of the best workouts in the country.

CARDIO COMBO: This class will be a combination of the other classes offered. It will be the instructor’s choice for a fun filled hour. All fitness levels welcome.

CARDIO STRENGTH & STRETCH: Toning your muscles while improving your balance, posture, and cardiovascular system, by using hand-held weights, bars, tubing, bands, and the stability ball. Stretching and relaxation exercises will follow a great abdominal workout. All fitness levels welcome.

DOUBLE STRENGTH INTERVAL: STEP Right up with the combination of intervals using the Reebok step, bar bells, weights, tubing, body bars, stability ball and the glide discs for a total body workout. This class will keep you moving in the right direction. All fitness levels welcome.

SILVER SNEAKERS®: Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

YOGA STRETCH: During class you will experience flexibility, balance, and strength with proper positioning and breathing of Hatha Yoga. Great for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA®: This class is an aerobic dance class that delivers results. The routines feature aerobic interval training to Latin and exotic music. Zumba® targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle of the body – the heart. An amazing full-body workout.

Family Fitness of Alpine offers a complete schedule of group fitness and aerobic classes for our members to enjoy. Our fitness classes and exercise classes are all taught by certified group fitness instructors.
